Great Community
I’ve been at The Cove at Overlake for the past 5 years and have loved everything. Maintenance and management are friendly, responsible and now my friends. Thank you for making The Cove my home for so long. I’m sad to leave.
Beautiful apartments! Such a great place to live
Overall this is a good place to live. There will always be negative and positive for anything. It all depends on what you chose to look at. I enjoyed my building. 3/2 and the people were generally nice. Fixed my issues quickly. They did install a new pet park and gas grill, those are nice. I would recommend this apartment complex.
Had an end of summer party the staff was absolutely amazing! They really care for the resident and keep the apartments clean and the upkeep on these apartments. The new pet park looks 100 times better than before. Thank you to the cove employees for the end of summer party it was a ton of fun to meet new people.
Have not moved in yet. But our experience with Wendy and Danielle have been nothing but awesome. We are so excited to become a part of this community.
The management is so nice and knows exactly what needs to be done to make sure sure to make sure the community is up kept and the apartment is running smooth.
We are so happy to have a found a new place to call home. Management has made the move in process so easy. Maintenance has been attentive and is very knowledgeable of the community and needs of the apartment. Thank you so much.
Very Nice please to live. Love that there is a hot-tub and swimming pool, plus they are pet friendly.
